Looking for Solution Architect – Enterprise Service Management ( ITSM ):
Key Skills Required:-
Ability to define, articulate, estimate and cost the complete Service Management solution covering People, Processes and Tools
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their deployment across the organization (preferably supported with formal ITIL certifications)
Strong solutioning aptitude and analytical bent of mind particularly in the Service Management arena.
Creation of service model framework in line with RFP requirement
Key Responsibilities :
Ability to understand the customer’s requirement or opportunity and to design a solution that addresses the needs.
Ability to write responses to RFPs/RFIs on solutions
Build costs for functional groups (including hardware, software, transition, technical and ongoing operational support).
Ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communication for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills, listening actively, and projecting a trustworthy image.
Assist with the transformation requirements to the point of demonstrating CSC’s ability to change the current state of operation to a more appropriate and standard environment.
Display strong understanding of Service Levels and participate in negotiation activities.
Participate in client sessions (remote or onsite) during various phases of the bid cycle.
Lead Due Diligence exercise for their solution areas.
Location : Noida , Chennai , Banglore, Hyderabad.
EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable) : Engg. Diploma or BE/BTech/MCA
Experience level : 8 – 15 Years
